Specifications

The requested specifications include a monobloc wheel with a noise reduction system, boasting an 840mm diameter and crafted from ER7 material, compliant with EN13262 standards for Alstom trains. Our team ensures meticulous adherence to these requirements outlined in the provided plan, designated as MR-21-02-TAL-DWG-03 Rev1.

Standard

Our products are also IRIS certified and we will provide the certificate to our customers.

Furthermore, in our commercial offer, we will include all relevant documents outlined in the technical specifications (CAT 2). Including  chemical analysis, hardness tests, mechanical trials, ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspections, residual unbalanced location (E3), and Charpy impact testing, among others.

Delivery

MTJ will confirm the manufacturing schedule and estimated shipping time based on the customer's product demand time.We acknowledge the first delivery deadline at the end of September to Callao and assure alignment with the detailed delivery schedule of five partial shipments and the ETA to Callao.

Payment

Finally, we reached an agreement with our client to use LC for payment.
