Breif introduction:

• Train Wheel manufacture and inspection according to standard EN13262:2020 category 2.

• Residual stresses test according to standard EN13262:2020 clause .5.3,toughness test only to be done in the first batch, and fatigue test willnot be carried out.

• Residual imbalance<125g.n

• Plug and wahser should be installed and pre-tightend with torgue 5Xn.

• Noise damping ring(carbon steel)will be installed by end welding.
