Preparation work:

Prepare wheels and axles that meet the requirements in advance.

Feeding:

Wheels and axles are fed separately to the fully automatic press machine.

Alignment and clamping:

Ensure correct alignment of wheels and axles through machine vision systems or other sensors. They are then held in the correct position using clamps or clamping devices to ensure accurate assembly.

Pressing:

The machine presses the wheel and axle together through a hydraulic system or other appropriate mechanical device. This may include ensuring proper clearance for the wheelset and proper bearing installation.

Inspection:

After assembly is completed, a series of inspections may be performed, including the condition of the bearings, the balance and alignment of the wheelset, etc. These detections can be performed using sensors and automated systems.

Marking and Packaging:

If everything is in order, the wheelset may be marked to indicate that they have passed quality inspection. They may then be packaged and ready for shipment to the vehicle manufacturing site.
