Instructions for Using Rolling Bearings
1.Open bearings should be thoroughly cleaned before installation.
2.During installation, apply force evenly and avoid striking the bearing directly with hard tools. If heating is required, heat the bearing evenly to 80℃-100℃ and install immediately.
3.The storage room for bearings should be clean and dry, with a relative humidity not exceeding 60%.
4.Bearings in stock for 12 months should be cleaned, re-oiled, and properly repackaged.
5.Ensure proper lubrication and dust-proof sealing when using bearings, and regularly check their operating condition.
